The Oslo five-piece are hitting the scene with their debut album: Pathways and honestly, I loved it!
Fresh on the scene...
Ambrosius are a five piece band hailing from Oslo in Norway and have been getting ready to release their debut album which came out last month.
The band are known for their unique and innovative sound and have recently launched their 12-song album across all streaming platforms and it takes you on a ride of different sounds with no two songs sounding the same.
The album starts with their lead single, Shadow Logic, which straight away made me think of being a teenager and discovering different genres of music for the first time that I wouldn't usually choose to listen to but I ended up really loving. So up-beat and just makes you want to bop along as well as straight away being able to see the exact kind of bar scene of a movie you would find a song like that. Definitely added to my playlist!

A stand out song for me has to be Align - another quite lively song but still got a really chill feel to it. Great tune, great instrumentals and a great voice to top it off. Plus, the last third of this song bring in a brass instrument into the sound and it honestly just sounds so good!
So, the verdict?
This album really is so good and feels so refreshing from other music you hear on a daily basis so I'd definitely recommend checking out the band! Pathways is the catchiest album I've heard in a while so well worth adding to your playlist!
To the band: if you're on tour in the U.K. then definitely hit me up because I'd love to see this album live!
